About.

WE WORK FOR YOU

We know how devastating a loss can be.  Having to dispute your insurance company for the coverage you have been paying premiums for, should not be your responsibility.  As licensed public adjusters, we are insurance claim adjusters that advocate on behalf of the policyholder to help maximize your coverage and help put you back to pre-loss condition.  We will help navigate you through the entire process.  We will come inspect the damage, take pictures, prepare estimates as well as interpret your policy for maximum coverage.  We work for you!

Why Hire?

WHY DO YOU NEED A PUBLIC ADJUSTER?

YOU DESERVE WHAT YOUR POLICY SAYS YOU ARE ENTITLED.

This is a question we get asked frequently.  Many people do not understand why they would need to hire their own public adjuster when their insurance company provides their own internal claim adjuster.  Their claim adjusters are financially responsible to the insurance company; therefore, trying to retain the most money for their company means less payout to you.  However, we work for you, not the insurance company.  As licensed public adjusters, we work to hold the insurance company accountable to ensure you receive the maximum coverage stated in your policy.

INSURANCE COMPANIES SOMETIMES MAKE MISTAKES

Not all of our clients come to us because their insurance company is not being cooperative.  Sometimes Insurance companies make mistakes.  When an insurance adjuster is new or not properly trained, it is possible to miss hidden damage.  We are licensed and trained to thoroughly inspect the damage to maximize the coverage your policy allows.

WE HELP COORDINATE THE VENDORS

We also coordinate vendors that will be helping to put your property back to pre-loss condition.  This is a timely process which will allow you to continue your daily life.  We will be your point of contact, coordinating all of the contractors making sure the claim goes smoothly as possible.

CLAIM TYPES.

HERE ARE SOME TYPES OF CLAIMS WE FIGHT.

Our Process.

How we help.

Having a claim can be difficult process. Not only do you have deal with damage to your property, but you have trust your insurance company will cover it and give you enough to do all the repairs PROPERLY. If you reach out to us as soon as you know you need to file a claim we can help you throughout  the process.
01. FILE THE CLAIM.

If you call us as soon as you realize you need to file the claim, we can help with that. This will ensure we know everything about the claim from the beginning and we can establish an early point of contact with the insurance company so they know you are represented.

02. INSPECTION.

After the claim is filed, we usually meet the insurance company’s adjuster at the property so we can all be on the same page about what happened and what damage exists. This ensures noting gets missed, and allows us to get pictures and measurements for our estimate.

03. NEGOTIATION.

When we have finished our estimate and the insurance company finishes theirs, we compare and negotiate to ensure you get enough for the correct material. We make sure if you had high quality carpet, it gets replaced with high quality carpet and not standard.
