  • Becoming a Swift PA customer

5. Fees

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. 
  • Swift Public Adjusters does not charge an additional fee for SMS messaging.

6. Email Communication Terms

You may receive:

  • Claim-related documents and updates 
  • Customer service responses 
  • Marketing emails (only if opted in) 

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via:

Claim-related or transactional emails may still be sent as required.

7. User Accounts and Access

If Swift PA ever provides access to a customer portal or document system:

  • You must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. 
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. 
  • You must notify us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected. 

Swift PA is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised user credentials.

8 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that violates any law or regulation 
  • Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization 
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract website data 
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Swift PA staff

  • That all content is fully accurate or applicable to every situation 

Use of our website and communications is at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Swift PA uses trusted service providers such as:

  • Mailgun (email delivery) 
  • EspoCRM (customer management) 
  • Google Drive (file storage) 
  • Cloudflare (hosting & security) 
  • Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel (analytics and advertising) 
  • RingCentral (SMS/telephony) 
  • WPForms (form submissions) 

These providers may process or store your information solely to support Swift PA’s operations.

Swift PA is not responsible for third-party outages or errors.

11. Opt-Out Options

You may opt out of different communication channels:

SMS/Text Messaging

Reply STOP.

Marketing Emails

Click “unsubscribe” or email [email protected].

Phone Calls

You may request that we stop outreach phone calls, except those required for an active claim.

These opt-outs do not affect your ability to retain Swift PA for adjusting services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift PA is not liable for:

  • Delayed or undelivered SMS, calls, or emails 
  • Losses resulting from use of our website 
  • Damages resulting from the actions of third-party service providers 
  • Unauthorized access to your data due to your actions or device issues 
  • Errors in content, typographical mistakes, or outdated information 
  • Losses arising from your reliance on website content 

Swift PA’s services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Public Adjusters from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
